Abstract

‘Latin America's underdevelopment comes from the development of others and continues to feed it’. Impotent due to its role as an international servant, this is the continued time of Pedagogy of the Oppressed, in which form and content are married in the celebration of a ‘praxis’ that, in an aesthetic plunge, transcends itself into an awareness of the world. The ‘act of coming to know’ becomes an act of love in Paulo Freire's poetic and political language. How could it be otherwise if this language has the spices that give it its revolutionary dimension?
