Education and the rural world: Biographical journeys, intervention and research
Main Article Content
Abstract
The present text corresponds to an intention of biographic reconstruction and of production of a narrative that intertwines with it, aiming at clarifying, mainly as far as the author himself is concerned, the deep reasons, both of the implication in educational intervention, which integrates a long period of the biography itself, and the constraints that marked the process of construction of an object of study, stemming from the same intervention the reference memories, projecting over them a more incisive look, were evocated according to this perspective, hence the "cuts" that were made on that reconstruction
This personal and professional bond both to action and to research, thus made explicit, stems from the meaning that was deduced, and which is convenient to enlight, of that which can be reduced to a shadow condition, in face of a brighter and almost exclusive light which are supposed to be the theoretical and methodological options in the research production. Without underestimating these options, as can be understood, the text also provides indications as to the place they occupy in the ongoing research, but in accordance with a triangle whose vertices are the biography, the theory and the method.
