Some themes for thinking about social change
Main Article Content
Abstract
We propose a critical reflection on the concept and theories of social change. The guiding perspective rejects a linear and successive view of change, in the evolutionist manner, and counters it with an approach to the processes of change as crossroads of different types, identities and social projects. In this light, it is possible to give new value to traditions and articulate the problem of change with that of development.
