ESC is A2 in the new Qualis Periodicals

The ESC journal has been rated A2 in the new Qualis Periódicos under the 2017-2020 Quadrennial Evaluation. A2 is the second highest rating on a scale of nine (A1, highest; A2; A3; A4; B1; B2; B3; B4; C - weight zero).

Qualis Periódicos is a system for classifying scientific journals for evaluating postgraduate programmes in Brazil, developed by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES, Brazilian Ministry of Education).
